We notified PayPal today.
PayPal said UPS needs to cancel with PayPal – not us.

- UPS needs to inform PayPal that the UPS service was voided.
- PayPal will keep our funds (STATUS PLACED) on hold until UPS informs them the UPS service was voided.
- Our Company cannot inform PayPal that this UPS service was voided.
We await a prompt cancelation of this charge by UPS to our PayPal account.
